The system which was taught in my school; was called "KOJI DO JITSU" It was named after a small island off the eastern coast of South Korea.
The system has levels from 6th kyu up to Dan level. It consists of the throwing aspects are all from Judo, the striking and kicking aspects are from Kyokushin kai karate, and the grappling are again with leg locks and arm bars from
judo also many lighter aspects of Aikido. It consists of real life scenarios as defenseive methods from knife attacks, multiple attacks both front and rear and last but not least for very advanced over Dan grades to weapon or gun
defenses. Currently now I'm teaching close quarter combat techniques I studied from the Isreali system,s of KRAV MAGA and KAPAP. Both systems are coimbat tersted and proven effective. . In the current world we live in many are
not interested in tradional martial arts. THey seek the actual battle and combatative tested techniques that are used or we might encounter in our everyday street life. REspectfully, Grandmaster Jack Stern Ph.D.MA
