All-fight Taijutsu for you and me
Life philosophy – All-Martial Arts Taijutsu
What does All-Martial Arts Taijutsu mean?
All-Martial Arts Taijutsu means learning a good, effective and well studied fighting system.
In course of my years of training I have noticed that the Fighting Art is
more than just a fighting system. It is also a way of thinking and living. The Ying-Yang principle is a part of the Taijutsu All-Martial Arts. First, it stands for the unity of theory and practice of Martial Arts. Second, that it
is only possible to achieve harmony by working together with the opposite. That is why Taijutsu All Martial Arts can only work by contact with an opponent.All-Martial Arts does not study a fixed pattern of fighting techniques, but
adapts itself to the opponent: it is a flexible and immediate reaction to every move of the attacker. Therefore, we work with the power of the opponent, not against it. All-Martial Arts Taijutsu functions as a mirror to the
immediate reaction to an attacker: the force of the attacker is reflected back to him, so that in fact he is fighting against himself. This principle is called All-Martial Arts, and has become my life philosophy through long years
of experience. In other words: “What goes around, comes around”. What you give to me, you will receive back from me, and even more. Be kind to me, and I’ll be kind to you. Be evil to me, and I’ll be so evil to you that you will
never bother me again. This principle is a good explanation for the fact that All-Martial Arts Taijutsu is such an effective defence. An All-Martial Arts-fighter does not attack, but if attacked, he will react in the most effective
way: with a fast and immediate counter. I have been practicing all different kind of Martial Arts for over 40 years and it brings me unity of body and soul. It gives me strength and clarity in all aspects of my life. That is why I
don’t only practice Martial Arts, I LIVE Martial Arts I pass it on to my pupils to the best of my knowledge.
The Training Concept
Through long years of Martial Arts experience and my actual knowledge as a teacher and Master, I have constructed the Training concept in well-dosed unities. Pupils are taught in such way that they sense progress by learning and are motivated by their success. The basics of the training are: Discipline, mutual respect, theory, practice, psychology, philosophy and natural physical condition. Discipline is important for body and soul to form a unity. The combination of theory and practice is important for the pupils to understand the sense and purpose of the different techniques, so that they don’t just train while they have been told to. Psychology is meant to teach the pupils to react correctly not only during classes, but most importantly in the stress of a real attack. All-Martial Arts Taijutsu is very suitable for this, as this system implements a lot of different Martial art stiles, which decreases the natural fear of a bigger, stronger opponent. The physical condition is trained constantly and is build and increased step by step, as each training unit demands a certain amount of breath, energy and endurance. We grant a very high value to Philosophy in this martial system, as the training should not only put the pupils in shape, but also enable them to protect themselves. All-Martial Arts Taijutsu brings inner peace and balance, which brings us advantages in daily life.
With the Intelligence of water
All-Martial Arts is more or less a free stile. There are no rules, there is only one goal: to defeat the opponent as efficiently as possible, by respecting the law with regard to self defence. This goal can be achieved by fast reflexes and efficient techniques. With the intelligence of philosophy, which does not fight nature (force against force), but finds its way through flexibility and natural logic, as does water when finding its way down from the mountains into the valley. When a rock is obstructing the way down, the water will flow around, continuing soft and unstoppable.
The strength of the weak
Self-security has a big psychological meaning. Especially for people who are naturally
physically underpowered. All-Martial Arts Taijutsu does not need much strength, as the opponent will bring more than enough. Taijutsu will reflect his strength back to him. The more aggressive and empowered the opponent attacks,
the more obvious and painful will be his defeat. All-Martial Arts Taijutsu is a polyvalent defence which is based on the most varied attack-varieties, which makes All-Martial Arts Taijutsu the ideal martial art system. Those who
live without fear, can move, act, and above all, think freely. Then only this way people can unfold their real strength: by using the power of the mind.
Martial art rules
Have patience. Success does not come overnight. Practice only what is part of your learning program. The goal is the control
over body and mind. Save enough energy for this and be humble. Always be prepared to help the weaker fellow people, when in need of help. Respect the opinion of your fellow people. Never hurt the feelings of other
martial arts followers. Never criticise their stiles nor their teachers openly. We want to live in peace with all other martial arts practitioners.
Never pass on All-Martial Arts Taijutsu to externals and to ASSB-members only then when you are a coach. Never forget that All-Martial Arts Taijutsu is a dangerous weapon, only to be used in self-defence.
PLEASE RESPECT THESE RULES AND PASS THEM ON TO YOUNGER PUPILS.
The Training Concept of a judo-related self-defence
What is judo-related self-defence?
v Judo-related self-defence is an education-system, controlled by rules, which combines a high amount of pedagogic, psychological and emotional characteristics.
v Goal is to achieve a complete control over feeling, mind and body through the physical and affective/emotional self-education-process in the judo-related self-defence.
Exercises to improve: Reaction, coordination, Speed and balance
v Game and practice-forms without immediate physical contactv Game and practice-forms with immediate physical contact v Partner-exercises / Group-exercises / Competition-exercises v Balance and coordination exercises v One on one-exercises (partner exercises vertically and horizontally)
Other positive aspects: Improvement of the cardio-vascular system Improvement of the physical condition
Construction and strengthening of muscles and bones Improvement of coordination Improvement and strengthening of self-value, self-confidence Avoiding of self-overestimation Decrease of aggression through controlled exercise
Judo-related self-defence is also
- through physically and mentally understanding learning – understanding – practicing
Judo-related self-defence was conceived by me, especially for children and adolescents who like sports – combined with discipline, mental strength and
endurance. Judo-related self-defence has a high physical and psychological rate in social evolution.
I have chosen and put together the techniques in such way, so that
the self-defence effect is particularly high, easy to learn and very suitable for children who want more than just judo. Judo-related self-defence is and independent self-defence system. It contains twelve Kyu and five
Dan-grades. A Kuy or Dan-grade is only to be achieved by passing an exam. Condition for passing the exam, is the control of the theoretical and technical exam program, as well as completing the foreseen waiting period. Only then
is it possible to take the test in front of a special exam commission.
Children of all ages have the need to compete and test their strength. This is part of the growing world of boys and girls, and is important for their physical, psychological and social evolution.
Through my large experience in Martial Arts, and my actual knowledge as a teacher and Master, I have constructed the training concept in well-dosed units. The pupils will feel the improvement with learning and will be motivated by sensing their success.
The basics of the training are discipline, mutual respect towards each other and the trainer. Theory, practice, psychology, philosophy and a natural physical condition are also indispensable.
Goal: To learn controlled self-defence techniques with
the partner and oneself.
Introduction in correct rolling- and falling-techniques (backward, sideward, forward)
Pedagogic perspectives:
To improve ability of perception, enlarge experience in motion
To get to know two-fight situations and find simple solutions Gain experience in motion in contact with a partner and in fights – learn how to fight with conscience of responsibility
To practice judo-related self-defence-techniques by using and obeying to technical-tactical exercises i.e. pulling, pushing, moving
Learning process accompanying elements
To overcome fear of contact through partner-exercises
To acknowledge situations through practicing with a partner To react to fast actions and motions of the partner To learn a good feeling of motion General and basic leanness and motoric Good coordination ability
Discipline, theory, practice
Discipline is important for body and mind to
build a unity. The combination of theory and practice is important for the pupils to understand the sense and the purpose of the techniques, and not to practice only because the Master has told them to. Psychology is meant to
teach the pupils to react correctly not only during classes, but most importantly in the stress of a real attack. Judo-related self-defence, in the same way as All-Martial Arts Taijutsu, is very suitable for this, as this system
implements a lot of different Martial art stiles, which decreases the natural fear of a bigger, stronger opponent. The physical condition is trained constantly and is built and increased step by step, as each training unit demands
a certain amount of breath, energy and endurance. We grant a very high value to Philosophy in this martial system, as the training should not only put the pupils in shape, but also enable them to protect themselves. All-Martial
Arts Taijutsu brings inner peace and balance, which brings us advantages in daily life.
